Hi, I’m Corey.

I started Corey’s Chocolate in 2017 with a simple mission: Spread joy through chocolate. I’ve traveled the world curating the best chocolatiering secrets to bring you my innovative signature products.

All my chocolate products are made with love in small batches in Niwot, CO, and I use the highest quality French and Belgian chocolate. Our chocolate is always made from fair-trade & ethically sourced cacao grown on farms where workers are fairly treated, well-compensated, and able to handpick every cacao pod with love.

When I’m not in the chocolate lab you can find me climbing mountains, skiing, wandering through Rocky Mountain National Park, or spending time with my partner, Meera and our silly golden retriever, Alfie.
